Paul Scofield, RIP

Paul Scofield, best known for portraying St Thomas More in A Man for All Seasons, has died of leukemia at 84. By all accounts Scofield was himself a kindly and humble man.

Here's the famous scene in which More advises his daughter's suitor, Roper, to give the devil benefit of law. Worth remembering in this era of the war on terror.
